Hood Stick Covers

I have happily and proudly owned my mostly black 59 TR3A for about
10 1/2 years now, but I am a new addition to your mailing list.  Thanks
to the local Triumph mentor, Fred Thomas, for that!

So my silly question is: what in the heck is a hood stick cover?  I
don't think that I have one, but maybe I do! Sorry to sound so oddly
ignorant, but it is a new one to me!
