Thanks, Chip.  I guess this finally closes this thread.  SO ALL - this is
what I found out from my prior research and from various members on the list.

1. The TR4 manuals describe how to measure camber
2. If the camber is out of spec it means that the front end has been damaged
in some way (suspension or frame).
3. If the camber is out of spec then the damaged parts must be fixed
4. There is no simple way to adjust camber on a TR4.  Castor and toe-in can
be adjusted as shown in the manuals.

(This does NOT apply to TR4A\250\6's)
