I took it all to a reputable glass shop and let them do it.  When the
windscreen cracked, they replaced it.  Ended up not charging me a penny.

The least little nudge in the wrong place, at the wrong angle, at the
wrong force will put you back to square one.  The only caution is that
they realize which way is the front of the frame (they should figure it
out from the lift-dot pegs)

        Does anyone know how to assemble windscreens for chrome frame
vehicles?
        I have new glass, replated frame, bracket set, and a flat strip
of glazing
        rubber.
        I donīt know how to handle the glazing rubber.
