TR4 manual

     I must apologize, apparently an earlier e-mail I sent out regarding 
     the manual did not get posted.  To all who have asked (and there were 
     many of you), the first response I received was from Brad Kahler, and 
     I am making arrangements to ship the manual to him this weekend.
