I seem to recall somebody offering Herald/Vitesse taillamp lenses on the
list within the past couple weeks. Silly me - I deleted the post. Friday
I got mine out of the restoration shop, to clean up for installation.
Took a look and remembered that they don't match. One side is original
(marked L636), the other is from the '70's (marked L759). The original
one has a lot of small cracks. They are from different molds, and are
slightly different in color. Acceptable on the beater of a year and a
half ago, but definitely NOT acceptable on GA41328LCV as it is today.
Does anybody have these, in red over red? A single L759 will do, or a
pair from any vintage.
