Well, it's getting to be summer here in the Great Northwest, too and
we're sweltering in the low to mid 70's. Luckily I have the
fans running in the house so it won't get too hot.
I have to agree that I don't think air conditioning belongs in a
TR. I grew up in Texas, understand about the heat and am
personally familiar with the Texas humility which can be
unbearable.
A few years ago we decided to drive down to the beach on a
pretty weekend. Got stopped at a traffic light, the sunlight
was coming in through the car windows, shining on my three young
daughters and they were all in tears and howling, realized that
day that my children were Washingtonians. We will survive without
the air conditioning.
