TR4 rear fender puzzlement

I've been poring over the Moss catalog (and my own photographs), and I
know that there needs to be an Acme bolt/spire nut to fasten the rear
fender to the sill.

Where is the nut located on the sill?  Where is the hole located on the
fender?

And I thought I'd had all this wrapped up :-(
