Overdrive solenoid

Hi All,

I am having trouble with engagement of my A-type overdrive ('69 TR6), and
have tracked it down to the solenoid. The winding which initially pulls the
solenoid in does not have enough power - the second winding (which holds it
in) works fine.

Does anybody know the correct resistances for the two solenoid windings?
Any other diagnostic or repair hints? - I have already checked out the
general wiring and contacts in the solenoid.
