74 tr6 for sale

Hi, just a quick question for everyone. I'm going to go look at 
a 74 tr6 this afternoon.
It has: 60,000 miles
        "good" body
        runs ok
        has softtop in ok shape
        interior pretty good
        drives well.
        $2900 obo, and no I won't tell you where I'm located.
What does everyone think?  how much would it be worth if there was a 
little rust, or if the engine was worn, or a lousy transmition?
