I was cleaning up the master brake and clutch cylinders (from '67 Mk2 Spit) last night when I noticed that one of them (the clutch mstr cyl) has "Made in Australia" stamped on it. That one has a plastic lid. The other one (brake master cyl) has "Girling" on it and has a aluminum lid. Am I correct in assuming the one with "Made in Australia" is not original? If so, does anyone know where to get a NOS original one? Thanks, Eric. |
