Frame Question

Hey all,

    I am about to either blast or POR-15 my frame. Can someone tell what is
the better way to go? If I blast, how can I get into the inner part of the
frame(square tubing)? I also noticed that one of the differential supports
was eaten by rust. Can I simply arc weld it? Do I have to check and adjust
the retainer bolts or could I just weld it to make it more solid?
