Hi Bryan,
The best thing I have found to do this is a word document.  I open up some
kind of word processing document (ms word, works,??? ) then I copy and
paste right off the email.  You can also organize it by topic and paste
info where ever you want it.  Just save the document as triumph or what
ever and open it up any time you want to save something.   Hope that helps.
