Front grill.
Only the rear area is painted, i.e. rear of the egg crate,
both sides, top and bottom, but ONLY the vertical surface
facing front.
This was done with a brush to ALL TR6's, 337 off the '70 start
and 500 from the last '76 are sitting in the driveway, both
with original paint in this area.
To be authentic you need to use the same color semi-flat as
the rear, under the doors and around the windscreen (except '69).
This should be dabbed on so as to puddle in the dips at the bottom
and drip inside the egg crate holes.
You'll notice all the cars have black drips under the radiator
shroud via these 8 holes. The little 1/4" lip is painted as well,
sort of obvious.
If this isn't painted the color shows via the grill and looks
funny.
