Some will love them and some won't. My own experience with Moss over
the past 17 years has been very good, both parts and willingness to
provide technical advice over the phone.

Now I am fortunate enough to live in a city with a very cooperative Moss
distributor ("Don't know which part fits your car? Well, take 'em both
home and next time you're over here bring back the one you didn't need.
You can just pay me for the one you needed when you bring the other one
back").

Can't say they're all this helpful but if you have a local distributor
you might give him a try. Sure beats paying shipping when you just need
one small item (prices are the same as direct from Moss plus local sales
tax, but no shipping).
