Can't easily be done, as there are many polarity sensitive componets in them,
electrolytic capacitors, diodes, transistors, etc.  Would be much easier to
convert the car to neg ground. I have heard of isolating the chassis and
antenna, but that scares me to have that much area with B+ on it.Not to mention
increased electrical interference possibilities.
