Thanks: TR3 Rich mixture

Thanks to all that responded to my request for help on the TR3 mixture 
question.
Turns out that the jets had not returned to their full upright and locked 
position. I guess I tried the choke and they didn't fully return. Anyway, I 
have a call into Fred Thomas to find out what percent CO he used when 
setting his up with the Gastester any ai 'll see how much further I've got to 
go.
