My Stag clock is a KIENZLE made in W.Germany. I have the face and the bezel
off the clock (what a tedious job.) The hour, minute and second hands have
been removed. But the mecahanism refuses to budge. There is a nut on a
small shaft on the outer part of the bottom of the case. I have removed that
but the mechanism still remains in place in the case.

There are other pieces sticking out of the back of the case. These are: 1)
the bulb socket (up top), 2) a small hole with a plastic grommet -- this is
marked + - so is to adjust the clock -- located below left of the socket 3) a
threaded shaft in the exact center of the back 4) a "spike" offset below/left
of that shaft (3), 5) two spade connectors. One of the spade connectors has
a rubber/plastic slip-on (which I can't pry up) and the other one of them has
a brass link to a small threaded shaft with a small nut on it and a rubber
piece between it and the case and finally 6) a "tit" just to the left of the
bulb socket. I could probably scan that is necessary.

SO -- how do I get the mecnhanism out of the case w/o damaging it? Thanks.
