Hi Frank and Roger,

By chance, I happen to be building a TR6 from scratch. The car is located
just north of Boston (about 10 miles north and convenient to I-93), and I
basically work on the car every night after work and at least one weekend
day. I'm into the car for a few hundred hours at this point, but I've
"turned the corner" and am actually reassembling things at this point. If
you want a closer look at how things are done regarding a restoration, then
you are both welcome to stop by and lend a hand.

This car happens to be a race car, but the job wound up being a frame-up
restoration - so every nut and bolt has been touched in one way or another.
The car needs another 50 to 100 hours of work done before I can drive it in
an autocross (the real reason for this project), but I _might_ get it out
for one or two events before I have to put it away for the winter (and more
"projects").

As a possible enticement, I also need to totally dismantle on or two of my
parts casr to make the neighbors happy, so that is probably another
opportunity to learn abuot these cars.

At any rate, call me or drop me an e-mail and let's see what happens.

Regards,
rml
