Looks as if possibly some late TR3A's (Piggott shows a slave cylinder and 
bracket "upgrade" in '61 at TS71372E --btw -CT82346 was the last TR3A) and 
definitely the TR3B and the TR4/4A were the same.  Good pictures of the 
earlier and later salve cylinders in the Haynes manual.  The later slave 
cylinder has a larger diameter (because they wanted a lighter feel?).  All 
the slave cylinders were mounted in approximately the same place.
 
My guess is that the one you are looking at could be the later one (based on 
what I said above) but suggest you check with BPN (from what I remember from 
the list they are reputable).
