Scott,

Do the lugs with the tape on them have tapered ends?   If so, sounds like
someone was using late model Spitfire/GT6 lugs instead of the proper "mag"
style lugs.  I can't speak to the true Minilites but the "common" mag lugs
are approximately 11/16" on the shaft.  The late model Spitfire lugs are
about 5/8".  Close... but no cigar.

Check the wheel, if the 11/16" measurement sounds right I know there are a
few listers who deal in such parts, such as our own Mark Bradakis.
