Ron :

I believe Loctite threadlocker is related to SuperGlue (cyano-acrylate),
which dissolves in acetone.  If it won't harm the rest of your part, you
could try soaking in that.

Loctite of course recommends heat (ISTR 500F), which I assume is
impractical.
