Thanks to all who have sent me suggestions regarding the availability
and sources of close ratio gearsets. I will follow up each one of them.
I obtained a quotation in July 1998 from the New Zealand company,
Conversion Components, and thought you might be interested in their
price -- it was $2776 landed at my house, for the Toyota Supra gearbox
with close ratios. This was for conversion for TR2 - TR6 cars.
Although I'd really like to have the advantages this gearbox provides,
and while the cost is too high for me, it may be acceptable to others.
