ST2 and ST53 Close ratio gear-sets

Hi Gang,

Does anyone out there have any information on the BL Special Tuning Gear-sets,
known as ST2 and ST53, as used in the mid to late 1970's in the Triumph 
Dolomite Sprints (Group 1 and 2 cars), and/or race/rally TR7s ?
Mainly, I would like to know the ratios of these close-ratio gear-sets.
