Fellow listees, I've a '79 triumph spitfire 1500. I just rebuilt the motor and am currently doing some body work. Before I put the motor back in what is the consensus about pinning the thrust washers? Does anyone have some VTR pages on the best procedure of doing this? I just replaced a bottom end which was bad enough to crack a block and i'd hate to do it again. Thanks, Nick Glase 79 spitfire |
