I have a period paint chip book (not that it is complete) and the closest I
can find to "Russo" is "Rosso" it's on the Alpha and Fiat pages and appears
to be Italian for red.
I know, I'm no help.

Subject: What is "Russo" red on a TR6?

Hello all,

I've got a question regarding paint color on a TR6. I've got a '71 in Signal
Red, and I'm considering buying a hardtop in Russo Red. Problem is I cannot
see the top before I buy it and I'd like to have it match reasonably well
before I paint both a couple years from now. Anyone know:

- How close Russo Red is to Signal Red, or
- Where I might find a description/listing of TR6 paint colors?

Thanks much!

Steve Myers

PS any of you know what a fair price for a hardtop in "used but excellent"
condition is?
