TR4 Hand Brake Cable Fork End

List,

During the install of new hand brake cable, I realized that the fork end which
connects to the hand brake lever did not come with the new part.  Since I
didn't have a cable to start with, I couldn't remove the part from the old
cable.  No part available from Moss, VB, or TRF.  Does anyone have a spare? 
My only other option seems to be to fabricate one, which I would rather not
do.  HELP!...
