I have been following all of this back and forth on crankcase breathing
with interest. I have a 69 1296 - dual SU's, nothing vaguely resembling
emissions controls - in my car. All I have is a hose coming out of the
valve cover routed into the frame rails. What is else is there SUPPOSED to
be? Or is a 69 still an "open" engine? I don't have oil gushing out the
dipstick tube, though I do seem to have a bit of a leak around the front
seals, not a gusher, but noticeable.

I do like the look of that spiffy catch tank - I think I will order one up.
Can't have tooo much polished alloy under the hood! ;-)
