They are not so heavy that four people could not lift whilst another pushed
/ pulled the chassis out from underneath. Alternately if you have a garage
you could rig a rope and pulleys system, like I did for a Herald, keep the
fixings to the roof beams near the walls and you should be alright. I don't
know about the rigidity of these shells thought I suggest you find a way of
reinforcing the door apertures.

I did my TR6 with two ratcheting wenches attached to rafters.  No problem. 
I also left the doors on.
