I agree with George's comments.  If you want to keep it weatherproof, you
can cover with something like the technalon and then "build" a frame over
the car and place a waterproof on top of that.  Allow for air movement below
it so that any condensation that might build up can dry up as necessary.

I'm under the impression that a waterproof cover is not a good thing as it
inevitably traps moisture underneath.  Otherwise you could just use any old
cover and top it with a tarp (how come tarp makers are so fond of that ugly
shade of blue anyway?)

A good cover needs to breath and I don't think there are any that can do
that
and remain waterproof.
