Yes , please advise on price , condition and shipping costs .
I know that shipping will be expensive , but no local sources for these
units are available , so if the asking price with shipping costs are within
my reach I might be able to do it . Just don't tell my wife or bank manager

Chris,
I can point you in the direction of used 3-rail O/D boxes here in
the UK, but the shipping would be a killer! I have several spare Overdrive
units for my cars, but only one of these is a known good unit, the others
are kept for possible future rebuilding or as exchange units. The same is
true of the gearboxes.
I can find out costs and shipping rates for you if you're really
keen to ship one out,
