The removal of seized studs can be a frustrating prob. Few years back, I 
invested in a
little kit of four different stud extractors called Drill-Out. Requires a 
reversible drill
but a superb piece of kit for the workshop and I've not had a failure yet. 
Broken stud
just spins out. There is a website though I don't know the URL. I'm pretty sure 
someone
could turn it up for you. No financial interest
