No luck with the other two, but Plastisol is available in the US.  Check 
out http://www.rutlandinc.com/ for distributors.  It sounds similar to a 
product sold in most hardware stores and "home centers" (Home Depot, OSH, 
Lowe's, etc.) called "Plasti-Dip", but I believe Plastisol is PVC based, 
while Plasti-Dip is synthetic rubber.
