Yup.

Make sure the seal seats are clean and smooth.  Replace the jet if it is
scored or worn.  Polish the jet to a mirror finish.  Replace the spring
between the jet seals, and be sure all the copper washers are in place
and turned the right way.  Don't stretch the spring to try to stop a
leak.

Not to my knowledge.  They have to be a special material (Viton ?) to
stand up to modern gasolene.

I believe they are #010 (1/4" id, 3/8" od)
