The NHTSA site I posted does mention a seat belt recall, but only as
"INSTRUCTINS <sic> ON PROPER BELT USAGE AND SIMPLE CHECKS WILL BE SENT TO
OWNERS AND WILL REPLACE ANY MALFUNCTIONING RETRACTOR."
They also mention a windshield wiper and headlamp motor/switch recall for TR7s
up to Dec 77.
