Yes, it has a luggage rack (not mounted) and yes, it had an engine last
spring and will again :)

I don't know, Right now it doesn't even have an engine. (yeah, yeah, I
know. It had one last May. I think this falls under the catagory of "it
was so much fun lets do it again.)
