wipers

hello list,

the windshield wipers on my ´67 TR4A seem pretty shaky: whenever i go faster
than 100 kph, they move to a vertical position. obviously something has to
be tightened, but what and how? i´ve tried disassembling to wiper-motor but
i dont know what to look for.

any help would be greatly appreciated - its getting pretty wet i scandinavia
this time of year!
