Granted, but in this they're not all that different from most folks who want
a car they don't have to think about -- mechanically. Most car purchasing
decisions probably have more to do with self image and status symbols
than with practicality or functionality, regardless of the price point.

But for Triumph content... I sell systems consulting to dot-com millionaires
and millianaire wannabes, so my TR4 was indirectly funded by these fine
fellows -- and I'll throw no stones. More to the point, when I take these guys
out to lunch, they leave their M-Roadsters and Audi S4s in the parking lot
and we take my TR4. Still, they don't often ask to look under the bonnet. <g>

And the best among them *do* ask to drive, so we should give them some
credit.
