I checked the emissions sticker on the inside of the hood, and it says the nominal CO% should be 5% -- leading me to believe that this engine wasn't designed for 2% or less CO. < Bruce, The 5% reading is the tuning point you strive for when tuning. When tuning you disconnect the air injection system and set the mixture for 5%. When the air injection is reconnected the CO will drop dramatically. Mine dropped to 0%.
