I really appreciate the prompt and thoughtful replies Dave, Joe, and Randall.
Its so helpful to have someone to bounce these problems off.
The the whole setup wires, splines, knock offs are brand new. I cut the
wheel nuts before installing the splines and made sure they were on the right
side. So far I'm baffled. I'll call TRF on Tuesday if a solution doesn't
jump out at me.
