I too had a bad experience with Rimmers a few years back, when, like you they
sent me a wrong part. This was most annoying as I had checked, double
checked, yes even triple checked with them first to make sure the right part
arrived------well it didn't!!
I sent it back in disgust and received my money back, but the whole affair
left a bitter taste and I have never dealt with them since.
