While I would never argue with that advise generally, I find it interesting
that two of the lawyers on this list (myself and Jim A.) gave clearly
incorrect answers to this question. Oh well, I guess you get what you pay

US Copyright law was heavily revised in 1996, the info on the Team.Net
site is outdated.
And mostly wrong, or at least _very_ conservative.
