Hi Bo
I used Monroe's on a Herald for years, a very popular replacement shock
supplier in the UK, might have been original equipment, but I think
Armstrong were generally used O.E.
Monroe were fine for the Herald, though they were not specifically
performance part I did (do) drive hard and they were good to me, also still
had some comfort left!
