Its now an "O" at last
Just need to fine tune the operating lever for smoother engagement. Also I
forgot that I needed a speedometer adapter.

I know for a fact this would not of happened if it had not been for this
list.
Dan, by the way the double connector I was using was not an connector housing
two individual splices it was common splice that is why the relay was
grounding out.
