suppliers.
Try an import store that has lots of Wicker. - cheapest bet and largest
selection. Best chance to find an empty wicker basket sized best for
your luggage rack.
Most kitchen equipment stores will have picnic baskets or complete kits
Department stores that have large kitchen equipment sections
Some upscale gardening stores will carry them as well.
Best to call ahead.
Don't you guys window shop anyplace other than auto parts or hardware
