TR3/4 lower wishbone arms

Can anyone definitively state the arms are different on  these two cars, 
and if so, is the difference perceptible? I am now beginning to think 
I  may have tried to jam some TR4 arms onto my TR3. The fit was certainly 
not "comfortable".
