The correct drill bit size to remove the bushing for a H-6 carb is 25/64,
then I use dental picks to remove the scrapes the new bushes are then
pressed into the place and reamed with a .3120 for clean-up, then final
adjustment size is .3130, these are drill press recomended and never by hand
or as Randall has already said for a lathe.also, be extra careful when
drilling with the 25/64 that you only go bushing deep and not all the way
through unless you want a paper weight or mantle ornament. "FT"
