Try a auto parts that stocks the "Dorman" line of products. Dorman sells all 
kinds of bolts, clips, wheel studs and ball/socket throttle linkage.   The 
stuff is pretty common on equipment and big trucks.

Bronze race rod ends would be just fine for your app as well.  Teflon lined 
ones are way more than you need for a throttle.  If teflon ones come your way 
they will usually be too stiff for a throttle.  To loosen them up, apply some 
heat then move the race back and forth.
