Brake lines

Well, the 45 year old brake lines on the rear axle have just been diagnosed
as terminal.  Any recomendations on pre-formed replacements?  I'd rather
not form my own as the attachments at the wheel cylinder have a really
tight bend that I can't manage with the usual tools.
