<A number of weeks ago I posted a comment about the Repco brand semi-metalic
brake pads that I installed on my TR6 and how happy I was with them.

I know that they came from Moss cause they still had the part number sticker
on
them, but it may have been several years ago.

Now that I've got the 4 up and running again, I went to redo the front brakes
and ordered some new rotors and semi-metalic pads from Moss motors.
The new pads are very different.

Plain brown box, friction pad is riveted to the cad plated backing plate.
The
friction material is closer to clay brown rather than charcoal grey.>

Have you contacted Moss about the pads. We carry semi-metallics from several
sources. If you want Repco Metal masters you need may need to ask to be sure
you get the correct ones. Also they may be marked as PBR pads; this is the
Australian name under which Repco is made also Axxis, so Repco=Axxis=PBR.
If you let me know arakelianp@mossmotors.com what part number you received, I
will try to check into it. Riveted pads do not seem familiar.
