Speaking of copper sealing washers on each side of banjo fittings........if
they look scored, etc.......just polish them on both sides with a bit of 320
grit.......heat them with a torch until dull red.......scuff with a bit of
3M- 'Red' scratch......and go again......
The heating anneals them so that they are soft again and can make a good
seal.........every time you tighten them.....they harden....until, after a
few times.....they won't make a good seal......cheap me.........if you can
fix it, don't buy it!!!
